How long does a custom build normally take?
Your custom guitar will generally take between 3-6 months. Build times are dependent on factors such as complexity, and current length of wait list.
What if I love your guitars, but I want one now?
We are able to offer a more standard bare bones option for most models, built with the same quality materials, but made with pre-manufactured bodies and necks. This will assist in reducing both wait time and price.
What is the custom build process like?
We strive to make the process as streamlined and simple as possible, for both us as the builder and you as the customer. once we receive your order, we will be in contact with you to review and discuss the build. Upon finalizing the details of the build, we will begin building, and provide updates along the way.
What if I change my mind after you have started building?
We are happy to work with you and make small changes early in the build process. Changes will affect build time and final price.
Do you offer any warranty?
We offer a 1 year workmanship warranty, provided to original owner.
Our guitars are handmade one at a time, and therefore natural variations within the wood and finish will occur. We use a vintage style nitrocellulose lacquer which will check and wear over time. This is not cause for warranty.
